The two copies are the same procedure. The uphiago/recon-skills copy is the more complete, self-contained source: it includes the full Step 4 canary logic and the same fingerprinting/CVE matrix/probe steps. The sickn33 copy is a mirrored/wrapped version that adds a mandatory confirmation gate and source metadata but truncates the same Step 4 content, so it does not introduce a materially different procedure that would require combining.
