It preserves the exact same frontmatter description, the 'Reality Check' triage guidance, the 'What actually pays' list, and the Phase 1 TLS/SSL audit commands and caveats. The only differences are the addition of a mandatory authorization gate and source attribution metadata in the mirror, which are wrapper constraints rather than alternative procedures. The uphiago copy is the original procedure that the other reproduces.
