The uphiago/recon-skills copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure with explicit timeouts and a fuller phase list, while the sickn33 copy is a mirrored/derived version that adds an authorization gate and source metadata but does not introduce new technical steps. The core phases, endpoints, and commands are identical, so crowning the more complete original is appropriate.
