The uphiago/recon-skills copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure. The sickn33 copy is a truncated mirror that adds a mandatory authorization gate and source attribution but omits the later sections (password spray, phishing primitives, MFA enumeration, post-compromise admin API) that the uphiago copy explicitly lists in its description and begins to detail. The sickn33 copy's DNS cross-ref uses a simpler dig loop, while the uphiago copy uses a more robust dnsx batch approach; the uphiago copy also includes explicit --max-time/--connect-timeout flags on all curl commands, making it the more operationally complete and reproducible skill. The sickn33 copy's authorization gate is a valuable safety constraint but does not constitute a materially different procedure that would require combining; it is a wrapper around the same attack chain.
