The two copies are substantively the same skill. The sickn33 copy is a mirrored/wrapped version of the uphiago copy: it adds a source attribution, a risk/authorization gate, and a slightly different report count, but the core methodology, targets, signals, and payloads are identical. The uphiago copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure (it includes the full payload section and the final verification step), making it the authentic source that the other reproduces.
