The sickn33 copy is a mirrored catalog entry that wraps the same content with an authorization gate and source attribution, but it does not add material audit steps or constraints that change the procedure. The uphiago copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure (it includes the Foundry PoC template section that the mirror truncates), so it is the authentic source the other reproduces.
