The two copies are substantively the same skill. The sickn33 copy is a mirrored catalog entry that adds a front-matter source attribution and an authorization/confirmation gate, but its body text is a verbatim reproduction of the uphiago copy through the visible sections. The uphiago copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure (it includes the full Step-by-Step Methodology and is not truncated in the same way), so it is the authentic source that the other reproduces.
