The uphiago/recon-skills copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure (it includes the full 5-phase workflow and the 7-phase comparison table, whereas the sickn33 copy is truncated and adds only a generic authorization gate and source metadata). The sickn33 copy is a mirror/wrapper of the same methodology, not a distinct procedure with material steps the other lacks.
