The second copy is a wrapper around the first. It contains the exact same 'Use this skill when', 'Do not use this skill when', 'Instructions', 'Safety', and 'Resources' sections as the first copy. The second copy adds a 'Mandatory confirmation gate' and 'Limitations' section, but these are generic safety boilerplate for offensive security skills and do not change the core procedure for building an attack tree. The first copy is the authentic, unadorned procedure.
