The two copies are the same multi-stage Claude-supervised figure-generation skill. The wanshuiyin copy is the more complete, canonical version: it includes the optional style-ref helper and the full argument-hint, while the brycewang copy is a truncated mirror that omits the style-ref section and adds a generic Agent tool. The core workflow, constants, and review loop are identical, so crowning the fuller original is appropriate.
