domains / research / kegg-rest-api / kegg-database
Both copies describe the same KEGG REST API skill with the same Python helper functions (kegg_info, kegg_list, kegg_find, kegg_get, kegg_conv, kegg_link, kegg_ddi), the same batching rules (≤10 entries, single-entry for image/kgml/json), and the same academic-use constraint. The aipoch copy is the more complete, self-contained procedure: it includes an end-to-end example, explicit error-handling guidance (HTTP status codes, backoff/retry), and a reference to the implementation file. The FreedomIntelligence copy is a shorter, more tutorial-style variant that adds a note to prefer bioservices for multi-database Python workflows but does not introduce new steps or constraints that would make it a distinct alternative. The aipoch copy is the procedure the other reproduces and shortens.
