The foryourhealth111-pixel/Vibe-Skills copy is the most complete and self-contained version, while the aipoch and FreedomIntelligence copies are truncated mirrors of the same procedure. The aipoch copy adds a 'When NOT to Use' section, but this is a constraint note rather than a new procedure, and the core steps, parameters, and examples are identical across all copies.
