The two copies are the same arXiv search/download/summarize procedure. The wanshuiyin copy is the canonical ARIS skill with the full integration-contract resolution chain for the fetcher, while the brycewang copy is a mirrored variant that simplifies the fetcher lookup to a couple of candidate paths. The core steps, argument parsing, inline Python fallback, download validation, and summary format are identical, so the wanshuiyin copy is the procedure the other reproduces.
