The LeoYeAI copy is a truncated, slightly older mirror (v1.57.0 vs v1.117.3) that omits the 'User Input Tools' section and the 'Upgrade prompt' section, and uses a less robust method for checking EXTEND.md (shell commands vs. a priority table). The JimLiu version is the source from which the other is reproduced.
