The two copies are substantively identical in their instructions, purpose, and capability lists. The first copy (rmyndharis) is the authentic source because it contains the full, untruncated procedure and a more complete set of capabilities (including the full 'Migration & Modernization' section and the 'Observability & Monitoring' section that is cut off in the second copy). The second copy (sickn33) is a bulk-mirrored version that truncates the content and adds metadata (risk, source, date_added) that does not change the core architectural guidance.
