ieee-transactions-on-wireless-communications

separate

Use when targeting IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC) or deciding whether a wireless-communications manuscript fits this venue. Encodes the journal's fit, the analysis-plus-simulation bar, the wireless-specific scope, the TWC-vs-TCOM-vs-JSAC routing, house style, official-submission re-check, and desk-reject heuristics.

When to use

• TWC fit/framing check
• Re-framing wireless techniques
• Choosing among TWC, TCOM, and JSAC
• Wireless analysis-plus-simulation bar
• Desk-reject heuristics
• MIMO and massive MIMO performance analysis
• Channel modeling and estimation
• Radio resource management

When not to use

• Generic comms
• Pure information theory
• ML model on a dataset
• Work with no genuinely wireless dimension
