Analyze and engineer protein glycosylation. Scan sequences for N-glycosylation sequons (N-X-S/T), predict O-glycosylation hotspots, and access curated glycoengineering tools (NetOGlyc, GlycoShield, GlycoWorkbench). For glycoprotein engineering, therapeutic antibody optimization, and vaccine design. Analyzes and engineers protein glycosylation by scanning canonical N-glycosylation sequons, describing S/T-rich regions, checking curated glycan evidence, and preparing NetNGlyc, NetOGlyc and GlycoSHIELD workflows. Use for glycoprotein engineering, antibody Fc glycosylation, glycan shielding, and site-specific glycoproteomics interpretation.
The K-Dense copy is the more rigorous, production-oriented procedure: it separates motif, prediction, occupancy, and structure; requires topology and curated evidence; warns against excluding Pro in O-GalNAc; and ships a tested helper module with explicit coordinate and mutation semantics. The OpenClaw copy adds material steps and constraints the K-Dense copy lacks: a broader use-case list (vaccine glycan shielding, drug-target engagement, stability), inline reference implementations for sequon scanning and mutation, and a heuristic O-GalNAc hotspot function with a Proline-adjacency parameter. The two also disagree on O-GalNAc Proline handling and on the scope of prediction services, so crowning one would hide a real alternative.
