This skill should be used when working with LaminDB, an open-source data framework for biology that makes data queryable, traceable, reproducible, and FAIR. Use when managing biological datasets (scRNA-seq, spatial, flow cytometry, etc.), tracking computational workflows, curating and validating data with biological ontologies, building data lakehouses, or ensuring data lineage and reproducibility in biological research. Covers data management, annotation, ontologies (genes, cell types, diseases, tissues), schema validation, integrations with workflow managers (Nextflow, Snakemake) and MLOps platforms (W&B, MLflow), and deployment strategies. Manages biological datasets and models with LaminDB, including artifact registration, lineage tracking, schema validation, Bionty ontology annotation, query/search, collections, branches, storage, and workflow integrations. Use for reproducible biological data curation or a LaminDB lakehouse.
The K-Dense-AI copy is a version-pinned, executable procedure (LaminDB 2.10.0) that explicitly warns against APIs present in the other copies (e.g., it states `curator.cat.add_ontology()` is absent in 2.10.0, while the other copies list it as a key workflow). The other three copies (Vibe-Skills, aipoch, OpenClaw) are nearly identical high-level overviews that lack the specific version constraints, failure patterns, and worked examples found in the K-Dense-AI copy. Because the K-Dense-AI copy contains critical version-specific constraints that contradict the general advice in the other copies, crowning one would hide the version-specific reality, while the others provide a broader conceptual overview. They must be combined to provide both the conceptual framework and the version-specific execution details.
