Both copies describe the same Clarity Gate v2.1 skill, but the LeoYeAI copy contains the actual operational procedure (validation codes, bundled scripts, hash/claim-ID algorithms, and structural requirements) while the sickn33 copy is a high-level wrapper that defers to a detailed guide and adds a mandatory HITL limitation. Neither is a pure reproduction of the other; the LeoYeAI copy is the more complete procedure, but the sickn33 copy adds the explicit HITL-mandatory constraint and scope boundaries that the LeoYeAI copy does not state in the same way, so crowning one would hide a real alternative.
