Conflict

The two copies implement the same four-phase novelty check, but the wanshuiyin copy adds a dossier-file handoff to the Codex reviewer and a verbatim NOVELTY VERDICT LIMITS block that changes how the final verdict is judged, while the brycewang copy uses a different reviewer model and a simpler inline prompt with a different report schema. Crowning one copy would hide the other's real alternative for the cross-model verification and verdict rules.
