Write publication-ready ML/AI papers for NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, AAAI, COLM. Use when drafting papers from research repos, structuring arguments, verifying citations, or preparing camera-ready submissions. For systems venues (OSDI, NSDI, ASPLOS, SOSP), use systems-paper-writing instead. Write publication-ready ML/AI papers for NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, AAAI, COLM. Use when drafting papers from research repos, conducting literature reviews, finding related work, verifying citations, or preparing camera-ready submissions. Includes LaTeX templates, citation verification workflows, and paper discovery/evaluation criteria.
The two copies share the same core philosophy, citation-verification rules, and repository-exploration workflow, but they disagree on the canonical citation authority and add different structural guidance. The Orchestra-Research copy is the upstream source (v1.2.0) and includes a pointer to a separate systems-paper-writing skill, while the brycewang-stanford copy (v1.0.0) adds a 'Default operating order' that designates references/citation-workflow.md as the canonical citation authority and explicitly demotes Google Scholar. Because the copies overlap but each contains material steps or constraints the other lacks, and they disagree on the verification authority, crowning one would hide a real alternative.
