Draft a senior peer-review report on a social-science manuscript.
When not to use
- **Self-audit of your own draft.** Use `/paper-review-lite` (in-session, free) or `/presubmit` (heavier, API-driven, ~$5–10/run). This skill is for third-party referee work and produces output appropriate to send to a journal editor.
- **Papers outside your expertise.** The Situator cannot replace field knowledge. Decline the review.
- **Theory-only papers.** Skip the Shredder; lean on Breaker and Situator. Adjust the report template to omit empirical-machinery concerns.
- **Pure ethnography or interpretive qualitative work.** Use as scaffolding only; expect to write more of the report yourself.
- **Conflicts.** If you know the authors personally, sit on a committee with them, or have a citation/funding relationship, the workflow cannot sanitize that.
