When to use

• targeting 《治理研究》 or Governance Studies
• deciding if a Chinese governance manuscript fits the journal
• rewriting a general Chinese governance manuscript for the journal

When not to use

• policy propaganda or work summaries
• economic policy effects without government governance focus
• manuscripts where government governance is not the main line
