journal-of-business-venturing

separate

Use when targeting Journal of Business Venturing (JBV) or deciding whether an entrepreneurship / new-venture manuscript fits this venue. Encodes the journal's fit, framing, method-and-evidence bar, house style, official-submission re-check, and desk-reject heuristics.

When to use

• targeting Journal of Business Venturing
• deciding if a manuscript fits JBV
• re-framing management/strategy papers for entrepreneurship theory
• assessing desk-reject risks
• checking JBV house style and structure
• evaluating method and evidence bar for venture data

When not to use

• replacing current official submission guidelines
• generic small-business management without entrepreneurship theory
• strategy papers set among startups without entrepreneurship-central contribution
