separate

Use when targeting 《政治经济学评论》(China Review of Political Economy — 教育部主管、中国人民大学书报资料中心主办、人大经济学院主编的政治经济学 CSSCI 季刊) or deciding whether a Chinese social-science/econ/management manuscript fits this journal. Applies the journal's theoretical framing, house-style, official-submission-check (crpe.ruc.edu.cn), and desk-reject heuristics.

When to use

• targeting 《政治经济学评论》
• deciding if manuscript fits journal
• rewriting general Chinese econ/management manuscript
• listing high-frequency rejection risks
• checking official submission requirements
• evaluating theoretical framing and house-style

When not to use

• replacing latest official submission guidelines
• submitting to other journals like 《经济与管理研究》
• submitting to 《财经问题研究》
• submitting to 《农村经济》
• submitting to 《科技进步与对策》
• pure empirical policy evaluation without theoretical dialogue
