organization-and-management

separate

Use when targeting 《组织与管理》(Organization and Management) — a specialised organization-studies venue — or deciding whether a Chinese organization/management manuscript fits it. CAUTION — the most clearly identifiable journal of this exact title is published by the Taiwan Academy of Organization and Management, so confirm the intended venue before submitting. Encodes fit, framing, theory-building bar, official-submission re-check, and desk-reject heuristics.

When to use

• targeting 《组织与管理》
• deciding if a manuscript fits the venue
• rewriting general management drafts for organization studies
• listing high-frequency rejection risks
• confirming the specific journal edition

When not to use

• replacing the latest official submission guidelines
• handling macro policy effect studies
• handling pure economic policy manuscripts
• handling general management or economic evaluation without organizational theory contribution
