Write or update a project's DESIGN.md from the colors, type, spacing and components it really uses, with rules agents follow so new screens match.

When to use

• Use when asked to document a design system, create a DESIGN.md or a style guide.
• Use when agents keep inventing new colors, sizes or components and the project needs one source of truth.
• Use when starting a new project from a real website design system (optional UXKIN).

When not to use

• Documents what the code uses; it does not design a new brand.
• Near-duplicate values are listed as open questions for the person to decide, not resolved silently.
• Never overwrites an existing DESIGN.md or creates new instruction files without asking.
• Real website design systems to compare with need the optional UXKIN MCP tools and a UXKIN plan.
