The two copies describe different procedures for the same skill name. The first is a thin wrapper that mandates reading a canonical WORKFLOW.md from the NotFair plugin and forbids substituting other skills. The second is a standalone Membrane-based skill that lists a broad set of GoHighLevel entities and requires a Membrane account. Neither copy contains the other's core steps, and they disagree on the integration mechanism (NotFair MCP vs Membrane).
