Conflict

The mattpocock/skills copy is the canonical, more detailed router, but the sickn33 copy is not a simple reproduction: it uses different skill names (/to-prd, /to-issues, /grill-me, /teach, /writing-great-skills, /setup-matt-pocock-skills), different state files (CONTEXT.md vs GLOSSARY.md), a different smart-zone token limit (120k vs 150k), and different context-hygiene advice (/handoff vs /compact). The mattpocock copy also contains material steps the sickn33 copy lacks (/to-spec, /to-tickets, /implement-spec, /code-review, /pr, /retro, /diagnosing-bugs, /wayfinder). Crowning one would hide a real alternative.
